Ready to be Healthy

So myself and my girls from TSMB are working together on becoming more fit. Its a group of us that have joined gyms or have our own work out systems. Work out DVDs, Wii fit, Comcast On Demand along with some other things are good ways to get a work out if youre unable to get to a gym. Working out of course is not the only thing you have to do to see progress. Eating better foods and better portions of food plays a major part in this. So join us on our road to healthier lives. We will help support you in this. We all need support and motivation in this. I know I do. I get sidetracked easily and usually will quit. But I have a team behind me and they are not letting me give up. Right Ladies? I will be posting my experiences and results with this. Like my girl Domi said (http://domistheory.blogspot.com/) I might post some before and after pics. lol. So stay with me and see how this turns out for myself and my TSMB family.
